I think ICX price will begin attacking the 15min trend, soon. It first needs to break out of the local trends (not marked). If the trend prove too strong to break out and test the daily there are a couple untested levels that could still ladder this move upwards. ATH incoming. Pack those bags. If those lower levels get tested then nothing will be holding back the fire that will fuel the move to $4.00 when the test of time defeats the long awaited daily trend break... hopefully. ;)
