In my opinion THE MOST IMPORTANT CHART FOR INVESTORS
Finally IWM has closed above 200DMA in BIG VOLUME. This is huge news. I'm long for now but a closed above 115 is needed. This is way more importante than FED meetings. Let the Low Risk Entry Point Trading begin
