LTC flat lined for 4 days (2/9/18 to 2/13/18) after a breakout break down.
We just had a small break out breakdown cycle and we appear to be flat lining from it and it appears that by the 19th we will have to make a decision. With all the positive news about LTC lately I'm pretty bullish on the next cycle
