NDX 100 - Defying the Odds

My thoughts at the beginning of the year in looking at the NDX was that it had formed a double top and it was due for a pull back. Well I was definitely wrong on that as it has continued to surge ahead, imho, against the odds. This weekly chart is now showing the Potential High from the breakout of the Cup and Handle pattern as well as Breakdown targets.
