NEO Correction and Resurrection
I think NEO needs to drop to test previous levels.
While this is happening I think it will match up with BTC going through a similar correction that I've published here:
After the correction it'll break upwards, out of the downward trend, and then move sideways for a little bit before gaining momentum.

Nota
Overall this pattern still looks like it's happening, just not exactly as I expected.
