A few words required.
a) I think BTC big move is up at this point
b) NEO has a nice bullish formation \ potential, so do many ALTS.
Its hard to choose which ALT will give less risk and more reward.

With the CME gap on BTC, and its ranging movements, I anticipate the NEO will do a lower high bottom and hence create some form of bullish bounce pattern, not necessarily this.Nota
