Set alert for NFLX at 205, then buy in.

Gray bar on the chart shows why. I agree with the many pundits who say NFLX selling has been exaggerated, but I see reason to let selling finish off. If price never makes it down below 205, there will be plenty of call entry opportunities.

Taking a very small position of calls, 29April expiry for a move up this afternoon and tomorrow. Price may not come down to my ideal buy zone, as it has mostly held over vwap today and stock has not sold off as other tech names have. Maybe price will turn down from 20MA on 30min chart, so I am keeping it small and have a stop set. There have been multiple reports of buying in NFLX.

Yesterday I bought weekly calls for an afternoon move higher but it did not materialize and my tight stop triggered. I am watching to buy calls again today, this time for a swing position

Waiting until next week, as 215 may not hold. I want to see if price goes into buy zone on chart.

This morning when price moved up to 225 you can see that was a oversold bounce and RSI has yet to look more bullish.

I sold my calls yesterday afternoon (after buying in the morning) because I was not sure if the rally would continue overnight. With price around 200 (start of 2018) I am buying swing calls again and holding through this week's tech earnings.

I will evaluate this trade each day and may trim or exit at any time. Again, keeping risk very small; can add more later if price action gives reason.
