Almost oversold 2H - The ONE Up or Rekt?

I am at neutral mode right now... after massive dump, it might stuck sideways or pump. Or if the whales still hungry to dump then it might go deeper.
My suggestion just take a look on RSI, if it below 30 might safe to buy.
