PHO has formed a Atom Eve double top Atom was on December 13th @ 54.64 Eve toped out on jan 19 at 54.54 the bottom was @ 50.4 on Dec 22nd so to confirm it needs to close below 50.4. without breaching above 54,64
the target is 50.4 -(54.64-50.4)/2 48.33
