Could be falling wedge forming. For that we need to bounce up, normally 3rd touch gives break.
Risky entry is on bottom at third touch with stop below, saver (but chance you miss entry when it doesnt retest) is waiting for break up, and entry on retest of upper wedge line after it broke.
