RIIL - 14yrs breakout + Cup & Handle

1. RIIL has been trying to break 1200-1250 level since 2009 but have failed couple of times.
2. It has formed a beautiful cup & handle pattern for these 14 years and looking really promising if gives a weekly closing above 1250.
3. Do not enter in FOMO & wait for closing.
