Indexes to Peak

The recovery of the Indexes is so strong that, in a repeat of January's exuberance, they have broken out of their 2-Year range again, and Nasdaq has even broken through my predicive Downtrend Line. Does this indicate an emerging stronger uptrend than the 2-year? I think we should, instead, expect that the three Indexes are now hitting a peak. After a peak comes a down-swing.
