Keep an eye on Tesla Inc.
The descending triangle is getting formed. Keep an close eye on the weekly and daily chart. The weekly chart tells me that there is a possibility for a more bearish trend. The daily chart tells me that the volume is decreasing in Tesla. The trend indicators RSI + DMI show me that in both the indicators is a descending triangle of lower highs. The overall sentiment on Tesla lately is not that positive.
I keep my eye on Tesla and will patiently wait for Tesla to hit $ 550.- to take my short position.
First test in the position will be at $530.-
If it breaks under $ 530.- next test will be $490.-
If it breaks through $490.- than there will be no anchoring price so we must wait for the sellers to get exhausted and buyers taking over.
