NEW 30 HIGH BY THE END OF TWO TREE???

Dirty 30 is seems pretty clear and including its move since March we have to say that it is pretty bullish/hawkish. I am only looking at this from a technical approach but I know I must include the fundamentals in once we get more data. For example I drew a zone(light blue) that represents support price could be attracted too before breaking this resistance. What would really stop it though from continuing up? Just my thoughts. Feedback always welcomed.
