The forest isn't hiding this Bigfoot. Is the right shoulder formed enough?

Put a very short leash on this short. Price action looks likely to make new highs knocking out shorts and triggering new buyers. I was afraid that right shoulder was not done forming. My bias is still bear but this correction could continue. Watch for the RSI trend line breach.Nota
