Descending Triangle : Crude Oil ; Waiting for Breakout
A very decent descending triangle has formed with valid no. of touches on both sides of triangle.
Consider the height measurement for fixing targets and enter the Breakout side.
While am posting this idea USOIL touches the slant line but need to wait for breakout confirmation.
