same fibs from 45min Time frame (confirm sell signal) now do you see the 3hr buy signal? you can see the lower downtrend $usoil has been in, you can also see the descending triangle that was formed. It now appears oil is breaking out of that desc. triangle forming a large cup & handle. Sure the handle will be longer on the 3hr. But i will be buying and scaling into oil very very soon. Expect a retrace back to $50+ oil soon
