$VTIQ - 2nd run up, Beware of the double bounce

Again getting rejected at the $34 mark.
Safer to wait for a confirmed entry point where you can set stops and play it safe.
The repeating pattern for the second half of the month it pop- sideways - pop -sideways - pop - ?????
RSi shows slightly overbought area.
Game plan:
Buy stop: 35.50
Limit sell: 30
Take profit along the way, but it appears that the hype behind this might have the ability to push higher.
I think if we hit 35.50, 40 is next.
