Cup Forming for cup and handle setup ?

Is it possible that a cup is forming for a nice cup and handle? I am currently in this trade hoping to fill the gap between 27 and 28, but the real question is will it touch and break 30 or tumble back down when it reaches this area. 30 Is something I notice a lot of silver bulls are trying to break and I do believe if it is broken we can see further upside. Please share your ideas and happy trading.
