If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2003, and TP2 at 2011, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 1984 and TP2 at 1975, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
