XTZ forms a cup and handle
XTZ has formed an cup and handle and could push higher by the depth of the cup, which is approximately 42% higher from its current price. XTZ has been lagging behind LINK and if its past history of moving in tandem with links is an indicator XTZ needs to catch up.
