Meno di 1 minuto di lettura

Court: D. Colorado

Case: 1:25-cv-00913

On March 20, 2025, ZYXI shareholders have filed a class action against Zynex, accusing it of inflating revenue by sending excessive supplies to patients and billing insurers.

What is this lawsuit about?

On March 11, 2025, Zynex revealed a revenue shortfall and that Tricare had suspended payments while reviewing past claims—causing ZYXI to drop 51.3%. This came after a June 2024 exposé reported Zynex routinely oversupplied patients with unrequested products like batteries and electrode pads, triggering insurer scrutiny and removals from networks.

Following this, ZYXI dropped 51.3%.
