Investors can still file a late claim to receive payout from the $8M Nano-X settlement.

In June 2021, Nano-X submitted an application for FDA approval, claiming their Nanox.ARC was safe and effective. However, on August 19, 2021, Nano-X revealed the FDA requested more information regarding the submission, causing a nearly 10% drop in NNOX.

Following this, Nano-X was sued by shareholders and has agreed to settle by paying $8M to investors.
