Meno di 1 minuto di lettura

Court: D. New Jersey

Case: 2:25-cv-01457

Lead Plaintiff has been appointed to represent investors in the class action against Quantum Computing.

What is this lawsuit about?

Between March 30, 2020, and January 15, 2025, Quantum Computing Inc. (QCI) claimed its quantum photonic technology and AI systems were advancing high-performance computing. However, investigations revealed that QCI exaggerated its technology, overstated its NASA ties, and failed to disclose that its deals with Quad M and Millionways were related-party transactions used to inflate revenue.

Following this, QUBT dropped by 15%.

Then, on February 25, 2025, shareholders filed a claim against Quantum Computing.
