What is this lawsuit about?

On September 12, 2023, Orthofix disclosed that its Board of Directors had unanimously decided to terminate CEO Keith Valentine, CFO John Bostjancic, and CLO Patrick Keran for cause, citing violations of the company’s code of conduct. The decision followed an investigation by independent legal counsel, revealing actions inconsistent with the company’s values and culture.

Following this, OFIX dropped 30.2%.

Then, on August 21, 2024, shareholders filed a claim against Orthofix.
