Computer Modelling Group Names Vipin Khullar as Chief Financial Officer

Software and consulting company Computer Modelling Group appointed Vipin Khullar as chief financial officer.

Khullar joined the company from the Perseus operating group of Constellation Software, where he most recently served as finance chief.

CMG said former CFO Sandra Balic will transition to the role of vice president of Finance, and will continue to play a leadership role overseeing financial reporting and public company compliance.

Balic will work closely with Khullar as CMG scales its finance capabilities, it said.
