Bajel Projects Allots 38,025 Equity Shares Under ESOP Scheme

Bajel Projects has announced the allotment of 38,025 equity shares of ₹2 each to 29 eligible employees under its Special Purpose ESOP Scheme 2023. The decision was made during the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee meeting held on September 15, 2025.

The meeting commenced at 01:00 P.M. and concluded at 01:45 P.M. Following this allotment, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital will comprise 11,56,58,560 equity shares of ₹2 each, amounting to ₹23,13,17,120.

The company has confirmed that these newly issued equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.
