Bulk deals: Envestcom Holding sells 1.83% stake in Adani Energy Solutions
Foreign portfolio investor Envestcom Holding RSC has sold 1.83 percent stake in Adani Energy Solutions via open market purchases on August 6. Its shareholding in the company was 2.68 percent at the end of June quarter.
Envestcom Holding has offloaded total 2.19 crore shares in the Adani Group company at Rs 790 per share today, the bulk deals data on the exchanges showed. These shares are valued at Rs 1,736.7 crore.
Adani Energy Solutions shares finished the session at Rs 791.10 on the NSE, down 1.37 percent with significantly higher volumes.
Further, Tube Investments of India shares saw buying interest today, rising 2 percent to 2,960.2 amid big volumes. Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought additional 10.7 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.55 percent of paid-up equity) at Rs 2,919.02 per share, amounting to Rs 312.3 crore.
Laxmi India Finance shares corrected for second consecutive session, falling 7.65 percent to Rs 123.85, in addition to 15 percent correction in the previous session. BofA Securities Europe SA sold more shares in the MSME lender, offloading 2,64,538 shares at Rs 125.01 per share.
ACM Global Fund VCC was the buyer in Spandana Sphoorty Financial today, acquiring 1.38 lakh shares in the microfinance institution at Rs 9.95 per share. The stock has been consolidating since May 2025.Meanwhile, MVK Agro Food Product was also in focus on Wednesday, rising 2 percent to Rs 255.05. In fact, it was locked in upper circuit for several weeks now. Since the mid of April, it has consistently been on buyers' radar. Wallfort PMS & Advisory Services LLP sold 1.2 lakh shares in MVK at Rs 250.05 per share, however, Tushar Bherulal Tepan bought 84,000 shares at Rs 250.04 per share, and Nikesh Agro Farms and Infrastructure acquired 99,600 shares at Rs 253.8 per share.
