KLR Products Sells 53.13% Stake in NACL Industries to Coromandel

KLR Products Limited has sold 10,68,96,146 equity shares of NACL Industries Limited, representing 53.13% of the total paid-up equity share capital, to Coromandel International Limited through an off-market sale. This transaction results in Coromandel International Limited acquiring a controlling stake in NACL Industries Limited.

The Promoter and Promoter Group of NACL Industries Limited, including Ms. K. Lakshmi Raju, M/s. KLR Products Limited, and M/s. Bright Town Investment Advisors Private Limited, acted as Persons Acting in Concert (PAC). KLR Products Limited sold the shares to Coromandel International Limited, with the acquisition completed on August 8, 2025.
