Allotment of Shares under the Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company

The company announced a final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share on May 22, 2025, with an effective date of May 28, 2025. Additionally, an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per share was announced on February 6, 2025, effective February 12, 2025.

The stock has a history of bonus issues, including a bonus ratio of 1:2 on July 1, 2016, and a 1:1 bonus ratio on August 3, 2010.
