WTI Midland trades higher
U.S. WTI Midland crude traded on Monday slightly higher than where it had been bid on Friday, while North Sea Ekofisk was on offer.

* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* WTI Midland: Petroineos bought an August 4-8 cargo from Phillips 66 at dated Brent plus $1.80 CIF Rotterdam.
* The deal was equivalent to around dated plus 81 cents on a FOB basis, Reuters calculations showed.
* WTI Midland: Mercuria bid for an August 7-11 cargo at dated Brent plus $1.85 CIF Rotterdam, or dated plus 86 cents on a FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations.
* The deal and outstanding bid were slightly higher than window activity on Friday, when Mercuria bid at dated Brent plus $1.75 for a WTI Midland CIF Rotterdam cargo.
* Ekofisk: Phillips 66 offered a July 30 - August 3 cargo at dated Brent plus $2.70 CIF Rotterdam, or dated plus $1.88 on a FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations.
* Brent/Ninian: Mercuria withdrew a bid for August 7-9 dates at dated Brent plus 50 cents.
* Forties: Petroineos withdrew an offer for August 5-12 dates at dated Brent plus $2.35 CIF Rotterdam, or dated plus $1.27 on a FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations.
* Johan Sverdrup: Petroineos offered an August 6-10 cargo at dated plus $2.55 CIF Rotterdam. Sverdrup is not one of the grades underpinning the benchmark.
