UK's IG Group sees annual results meeting estimates, posts first-quarter revenue drop

British online trading platform IG Group IGG said on Thursday it continues to expect full-year performance in line with expectations, even as lower trading activity and challenging market conditions weighed on first-quarter results.

The company reported a 4% decline in total revenue to 267.9 million pounds ($360.41 million) for the three months to August 31, while net interest income dropped to 29.5 million pounds from 36.8 million pounds a year earlier.
