Australia's Brambles posts 15% jump in annual profit, shares hit record high

Australian logistics giant Brambles Ltd BXB reported a 15% jump in full-year profit, driven by cost-cutting measures and improved operational efficiency, with the results sending its shares to a record high.

The firm recorded $896 million in profit attributable for the year ended June 30, compared with $779.9 million a year earlier.
