Eurazeo to sell stake in Cogniny to NICE

French investment group Eurazeo 
RF announced on Monday it has signed an agreement for the sale of its stake in Cognigy, a conversational and agentic AI group, to NICE Ltd.
The transaction values Cogniny at around $955 million, Eurazeo said in a statement. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
