Solidcore enters into credit facility agreement with ING for up to $100 mln

Kazakh gold miner Solidcore Resources Plc (COREK.AIXN):

• Has entered into a credit facility agreement with Dutch bank ING for up to $100 million;

• The Company aims to use the funds for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of loans maturing this year.
