Anticipated adjustment in Biotage due to offer (22/25)

As communicated in Exchange Notice 11/25, RWK BidCo AB (RWK BidCo) hasannounced a voluntary cash offer to acquire all outstanding shares in BiotageAB (Biotage).

On June 25, 2025, RWK BidCo announced that all conditions for completion of theoffer have been fulfilled.

NASDAQ has approved the delisting application received from Biotage. The lasttrading day in Biotage share is July 21, 2025.

As stipulated in the Rules and Regulations of NASDAQ Derivatives MarketsA.3.4.8 the fair value adjustment shall be carried out in connection to thede-listing of the contract base, alternatively, when trading in the underlyingshare is considered insufficient to support related derivatives trading. Thenew expiration day has been set to July 16, 2025, and it will be reflected inthe system from July 16, 2025.
