Otello Corporation share buyback program status

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from 16 June 2025 announcingtheinitiation of the share buyback program for Otello Corporation ASA (theCompany). From 21 July 2025 through 25 July 2025, Pareto Securities AS hasbought 720,830 shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK13.59and a total value of NOK 9,798,210. Since the initiation of this share buybackprogram a total of 3,549,630 shares at an average price of NOK 12.71 and atotalvalue of NOK 45,119,034 have been acquired. The maximum consideration to bepaidfor shares acquired under this buyback program is NOK 15 per share and themaximum number of shares that can be purchased under this buyback program is5,047,130. At present date, Otello owns 6,701,450 treasury shares in theCompany, including those purchased in the previous share buyback program. Theshares are purchased in accordance with the authorization granted at thecompany's annual general meeting on 26 May 2025.
