Revocation Order: Kpler/Spire Global
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed acquisition by Kpler Holding SA of Spire Global Inc.'s Maritime Data Business. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 16 April 2025.
The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at http://www.gov.uk/cma as soon as is reasonably practicable.
