The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sectra B held today, September 9, 2025, hasresolved to pay an extraordinary dividend of SEK 1.00 per share in addition toan ordinary dividend of SEK 1.10 per share. The Ex-date is September 10, 2025.NASDAQ Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of regular forwardsin Sectra B (SECTB).
