Attendo has completed the acquisition of Främja AB - grows within LSS under the Unika brand
Attendo announced in June 2025 that an agreement had been signed to acquire Främja AB (Främja). The acquisition is another step in Attendo's growth journey and investment in LSS operations under the Unika brand. Together with Främja, Unika gains additional breadth, expertise and commitment in the work of offering and developing high-quality functional care. The acquisition is now completed.
Attendo operates its LSS operations under the Unika brand, which was launched in September 2024 after the merger with Team Olivia. With the acquisition of Främja, Unika's offering is complemented by serviced housing within LSS in, among other places, the growing metropolitan regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Uppsala in attractive, central locations. Främja also conducts daily operations within LSS in Stockholm.

The deal does not include Främja’s Norwegian operations.
