INC. PMS (“Prisma” or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company’s name will formallychange from “Prisma Exploration Inc.” to “Grafton ResourcesInc.” on September 22, 2025.

The Company’s common shares will begin trading on theCanadian Securities Exchange on September 25,2025 under the new name and the trading symbolfor the Company will change from “PMS” to “GFT”.  The newCUSIP will be 38447A108and the new ISIN number will be CA38447A1084. The share capital of theCompany remains unchanged.
