Bergen, 30 September 2025: Scana ASA announces that Morten Riiser has beenappointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company on a permanentbasis.

Morten Riiser has served as interim CFO of Scana ASA since 28 March 2025, andprior to this, he served as Vice President Finance.
