Maxima Grupė bonds will be delisted due to early redemption

Nasdaq Vilnius decided on October 16, 2025 to remove Maxima Grupė, UAB bonds(ISIN code XS2485155464, orderbook MXGR062527A) from the Bond List on 27October, 2025, i.e. on the day of their early redemption.

The trading in these bonds will be removed from the regulated market followingthe provision of Clause 20.4 of the Nasdaq Vilnius Listing Rules.
