Otello Corporation share buyback program status

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from 22 September 2025announcingthe initiation of the share buyback program for Otello Corporation ASA (theCompany). From 13 October 2025 through 17 October 2025, Pareto Securities AShasbought 286,636 shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK14.94and a total value of NOK 4,282,278. Since the initiation of this share buybackprogram a total of 786,667 shares at an average price of NOK 14.80 and a totalvalue of NOK 11,643,424 have been acquired. The maximum consideration to bepaidfor shares acquired under this buyback program is NOK 15 per share and themaximum number of shares that can be purchased under this buyback program is3,689,541. At present date, Otello owns 786,667 treasury shares in theCompany.The shares are purchased in accordance with the authorization granted at thecompany's annual general meeting on 15 September 2025.
