Solstad Offshore ASA: Presentation of Third-Quarter 2025 results

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to present its financial results forthethird quarter of 2025.

CEO Lars Peder Solstad stated:

"We continue to deliver solid operational results and build future backlog."

· Adjusted EBITDA of USD 29 million in the quarter compared to USD 28millionsame quarter last year. USD 91 million year to date compared to USD 89 millionlast year.

· Order backlog increased to USD 280 million compared to USD 142 millionlastyear.

· Proposal to distribute cash dividend of USD 0,05/share, totalingapproximately USD 4 million, to be approved in an extraordinary generalmeeting
