the engagement with Native Ads, Inc.
CiTech engaged Native Ads Inc. of 244 Fifth Avenue,Suite N-249 New York, N.Y. 10001 USA (1-877-773-3540) on October 30,2025, to conduct promotional activity which is expected to commence onNovember 14, 2025.
The promotional activity will continue for a term of upto 12 months or until such time the budget is exhausted.
Native Ads will implement a comprehensive digital mediaand distribution campaign to enhance investor understanding ofCiTech’s technology and growth strategy.
The campaign focuses on digital advertising includingmajor search engines, financial publications, and financialwebsites.
The compensation is a budget of up to USD$400,000 overthe term, and includes no options, warrants, shares, or any form ofsecurities in the CiTech.
Native Ads Inc., its staff, nor its principals own anysecurities in the CiTech, either directly or indirectly.
