In 2026, NoHo Partners Plc will publish financial information as follows:

Financial Statements Release 2025 on Wednesday 11 February 2026 approx. at 8:00.

Interim Report 1 January–31 March 2026 on Tuesday 5 May 2026 approx. at 8:00.

Half-Year Report 1 January–30 June 2026 on Tuesday 4 August 2026 approx. at 8:00.

Interim Report 1 January–30 September 2026 on Tuesday 3 November 2026 approx. at 8:00.

NoHo Partners observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing of financial information.

NoHo Partners’ Annual Report for 2025, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published during week 12, which starts on 16 March 2026.

NoHo Partners Plc’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 is planned to be held on Wednesday 15 April 2026 in Tampere. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM at a later date.
