Loch Duart PLC has in a letter dated 28 October 2025, applied for thecompany'sbond LOCH01 PRO to be deregistered from Euronext ABM in accordance with theABMrules section 6.1, and new listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. Today, Euronext OsloBørs has made the following resolution: «The bonds issued by Loch Duart PLC LOCH01 PRO will be deregistered fromEuronext ABM as of 3 October 2025. The first day of listing on Euronext OsloBørs will be 4 October 2025.»
