Mauritius Inflation Rate at 3.4% in April
The annual inflation rate in Mauritius was 3.4% in April 2024.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices decreased by 1%.
A new CPI series, based on an updated basket of goods and services derived from the 2023 Household Budget Survey, has been introduced as of April 2024.
The annual inflation rate for March which was computed under the old base year was 4.9%.
