!!!!!!! to stop the chart being squished when resetting price scale or using auto scaling, press the setting icon on the bottom right of the chart and make sure "Scale price chart only" is ticked

Also fixed prints not showing when using replay tool far into the past ("build from" should be at least >= current timeframe)

Added option to hide/show prints on micros (MNQ & MES)

- fixed lines sometimes starting to the right of a candle
- added option for line thickness
- changed so that prints don't show anymore when aggregation timeframe is equal to current chart timeframe (due to some people having issues with horizontal lines appearing)
